The initiation form for SharePoint 2010 workflows can be highly configured with rich rules and capabilities in InfoPath 2013, which are totally non-existent in Power Automate. From Publish> Clcik on export source files > then opened manifest.xsf and view*.xsl in a text editor and replaced all URLs ( siteURL and sharePointListID) with the new one. Save the manifest.xsf.
