If the window is already opened, then WPF know the affiliated monitor and will use the scaling factor for that monitor. This will work, unit the window is moved to the other monitor, then the coordinates may jump due to change of scaling factor. WebJan 31, 2024 · Open Settings on Windows 11. Click on Personalization.
