It happens mostly when i play Games (it goes from ~2500 RPM to ~4100 RPM) and it happens a lot (once every 15-20 sec). But it can also happen when idle, they'll go from 0 or like ~1000 RPM to ~2500 RPM for 3-4 sec and then ramp down.
