At 80 you can run dungeons … WebFrenzy flame seal has dex scaling but also str alongside faith, but even that will have poor scaling unless you spread between the 3 stats, which is not ideal. Generally speaking, if you are not going to go heavy faith, but instead fth/dex then I believe finger seal comes out slightly ahead of godslayer at sub 14 str. but I dont remember exactly.
