WebChrome launches on startup and uses 80%+ CPU in the background, The thing is when I launch chome, another instance shows in the task manager. If I then end the instance taking 80% CPU, it doesn't affect my current instance of chrome (Feels like a seperate app even though it's still the same Chrome.exe) and iot immediately frees the CPU up.
